2023 OPERATING BUDGETS
The Boards of Directors met on Tuesday, October 25 and approved the 2023 Operating Budgets. The following are the changes to the 2023 Assessment amounts.
The Estrella Community Association Board of Directors approved an increase of $4.00/month for the 2023 assessment. The 2023 monthly assessment will increase from $101.00/month to $105.00/month.
The Villages Community Association Board of Directors approved an increase of $1.00/month for the 2023 assessment. The 2023 monthly assessment will increase from $111.00/month to $112.00/month.
The budget presentations are included in the October 25 Board of Directors Meeting PowerPoint Presentation posted on the Life in Estrella website and include additional details about the approved budgets.
OPERATING HOURS: COMMUNITY SERVICES OFFICE, RESIDENTS CLUBS, WATER AMENITIES
The Community Services Office is open Monday-Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
The Starpointe and Presidio Residents Clubs, swimming pools and the Presidio Splash Pad are open seven days a week:
Monday-Saturday: 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The Presidio and Starpointe pools are open all year. Some holiday closures and changes in operating hours may apply.
