The Estrella Community Association (ECA) Covenants Review Committee is established to confidentially conduct all business pertaining to resident appeals.  The committee will also team with the Management Company to evaluate recurring violations and to support continued covenant-related education opportunities.

MEETING DETAILS

Meetings to address appeals are held on an as required basis and are closed to the public. The Committee may, at the Chair's discretion, convene meetings or work sessions to address non-appeals-related topics. These meetings shall be open to owners in the ECA and meetings shall be posted a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled meeting date and time.
