A Property Transfer Document must be submitted to the Community Services Office for a minimum term of 60 days by the property owner or property manager. This must be done prior to you contacting Reception Administrative Assistant Jessie Salas at jsalas@ccmcnet.com or contacting the Community Service Office for E-processing instructions and forms. A property is limited to four (4) record transfers per calendar year.
