What Do I Do If I Get a Courtesy Notice Or Notice Of Recurring Violation/Fine?

You may contact our compliance team, Andy Olson and Joe Shannon at 623-386-1112 to discuss the matter noted in the Courtesy Letter.

  • Sometimes, it is simply an oversight (you were out of town and did not yet have a chance to put your trash/recycling bins away).
  • Sometimes, the matter may take longer to rectify (your landscaper is busy and cannot get to your front yard until three weeks from now).

Simply contact the team and we will work with you to get the matter resolved. Residents have 14 calendar days from the date of the letter to correct the matter that has been brought to their attention.

A Recurring Violation (Notice) is issued when the matter noted in the Courtesy Letter is not yet resolved. Please feel free to contact our Compliance Team at 623-386-1112 to discuss notice(s) you receive.

For more information about community compliance, or to view the fine schedule, please see Section 8.9 of the Community Handbook.
