1. What Are the Hours of the Residents Clubs?

Monday-Saturday from 5:00am to 9:00pm, Sunday from 8:00am to 7:00pm.  

 STARPOINTE RESIDENTS CLUB (623) 386-1949 

Monday-Saturday from 5:00am to 9:00pm, Sunday from 8:00am to 7:00pm.  

*Pool is open year round for your enjoyment, but is not heated.  

Water Slides and Big Dipper Water Park are open for the summer season.

2. Can Residents Use Both Starpointe and Presidio Residents Clubs?

Yes if the resident's membership has been established and the account is in good standing. All residents aged 10 and up are requested to bring their membership cards to the Clubs. Scanning your membership card at the Front Desk helps shorten wait times when arriving at either Residents Club.  

3. How Do I Get An Estrella ID Card To Enter The Clubs?

Please contact our Receptionist, Jessie Salas, at 623-386-1112 for information on setting up your Estrella ID card. Once the set-up process is complete, you will be able to pick up your card at the Starpointe Residents Club.

4. What Should I Do If I Lose My Estrella ID Card?

If you lose your card, you must purchase a new card. The cost is $15 at the Community Services Office.

5. What Do I Have To Do to Bring In Guests?

Come to one of the Residents Clubs to fill out a single day guest pass form or extended stay guest pass form. Guest forms must be completed in person at the front desks at Starpointe and Presidio by the owner/lessee. 

6. How Many Guest Passes Do We Get Per Year?

You receive five free guest passes per household. After that, guest passes cost $5 per person, per day, for guests aged four and up. We also offer a discounted guest card that is valid for a seven day consecutive period for $15 per person. The discount cards are available for purchase at both Starpointe and Presidio Residents Clubs. 

7. What Can I Bring To the Pool Areas at Starpointe and Presidio Residents Clubs?

You can bring a small cooler with snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. No commercial food, alcohol or glass can be brought into either Residents Club. 

Infant flotation devices and noodles are permitted. No toys, balls, or other types of flotation devices are allowed. 

8. Are There Requirements For Children Wearing Diapers In The Pools?

Yes. ALL children who are not fully potty trained must wear a disposable swim diaper, along with a reusable swim diaper. 

Both may be purchased at the front desk of each club. A disposable diaper costs $1 and a reusable diaper costs $15.

9. How Old Do Residents Have To Be To Use the Pool and Fitness Center Without Supervision?

Residents need to be at least 14 years of age to use the pools and fitness centers at both Residents Clubs.

10. Can CantaMia Residents Use Starpointe and Presidio Residents Club Amenities?

CantaMia residents can purchase an annual membership at the Community Services Office at Starpointe Residents Club which will allow them use of the amenities at both clubs. Both Residents Clubs have restaurants which are open to the public so CantaMia residents have access to those and no membership is needed.
