1. How Many Free Guest Passes Are Available Per Each Household?

For 2023, each household has 10 free guest passes available. Each guest pass is available for one person per day.

2. Do Guests Need To Sign An Indemnification Form?

Yes, guests need to sign the indemnification form with a resident present at either Starpointe or Presidio.

3. Do I Need To Be With My Guests When They Visit a Residents Club?

Residents will only need to accompany their guests when signing the indemnification form. Homeowners are responsible and liable for all acts of their guests.

4. With a Guest Pass, Are Guests Able to Visit Both Clubs, Starpointe and Presidio?

At this time, guests of residents are able to use the swimming pools and fitness rooms at both Residents Clubs and the Yacht Club when the resident is present. 

5. What Amenities May A Guest Use With A Free Guest Pass?

Residents may bring up to four guests per day to the pools and fitness rooms at the Residents Clubs. 

6. Can My Guests Use Guest Passes At The Yacht Club?

Yes. But, your guests must first check in at Starpointe or Presidio to sign the Indemnification Form and pay guest fee or use free pass if authorized by the owner.

7. Do I Get Reimbursed For A Guest Pass If The Pool Or Other Amenity Closes For Any Reason (i.e. weather, resident accident, etc.?)

Reimbursements are not provided in these situations. 

8. Can I Give My Unused Free Passes To Another Resident?

No, the free passes are not transferable.
